Part A: Nomination Process

Friday, September 24 – Nomination Forms Due by 3:00 p.m. The Google Form will lock after this time and date.

Part B: Election Process

Wednesday, September 29 – Nominee Bios posted on the School Website (if necessary). Google Ballots will be sent out via School Messenger at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 1.

Friday, October 1 – Election Day for Parent Representative Position (Voting Member of CSC). All ballots must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. (if necessary).

Monday, October 4 – Results reported, as well as dates and times for our first meeting, where our Executive Council will be elected. The meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, October 5 @ 7:00 p.m. via Google Meet.
Please ensure that you respond before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021 with your nominations and, prior to voting, feel free to access information on each candidate by visiting the school website on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. As mentioned above, elections will take place online on Friday, October 1, 2021 (if necessary) and all votes must be submitted before 3:00 p.m. Each parent or guardian of a child at this school is asked to submit only one vote for Catholic School Council candidates. Election results will be posted on the school website by Monday, October 4, 2021.
