We hope our school community has a safe and enjoyable March Break from March 11 to 15, 2019.

Our parent community will be voting for our school’s dress code March 18-22, 2019. The deadline for the office to receive votes is March 22 at 4:00 p.m.  A ballot  will be going home with the youngest of each family on March 8th.  Families will be voting for either continuing with our current ‘appropriate dress code’ or for a ‘standardized dress code’ starting in September ... March 6th is Ash Wednesday and St. Marguerite d’Youville CES is having our Liturgy of the Word at 1:10 p.m. in the gym that day.  Parents are very welcome to attend.  Thank you to Fr. On February 28 at 7:00 pm, we invite our parents to attend a Dress Code Parent Information Night to offer details of a Standardized Dress Code.  We hope parents and guardians will attend this meeting to make an informed decision when voting for or against a Standardized Dress Code in March after the March Break, March 18-22.

WINTER “CARNAVAL” at   St. Marguerite d’Youville will take place the week of February 19-22.  The French Department is organizing some fun activities for each day of that week such as  theme days, Bingo, Play Day, and of course, Bonhomme Carnaval!

On February 6 & 7, Jump2Math will set up math mat activities in the gym for all classes with the grade 8’s helping as leaders. The second day will culminate in a Family Jump 2 Math Night.  It’s a fun and kinesthetic way to do math. We hope families will join us on Feb. 7 at 6:30 pm in the gym. Thank you to our ...
