In support of the Richmond Hill Food Bank, St. Marguerite d’Youville will once again be participating in its annual Lenten Food Drive to provide temporary emergency food assistance to individuals and families in need. The Richmond Hill Food Bank serves over 1,300 individuals each month and past donations have greatly assisted them in meeting this need. From Monday, March 18 to Monday, March 25, we will be collecting non-perishable food items. A list of urgently needed food items include: large drinks; dried bagged beans; jam; canned tomatoes, stews and vegetables; instant coffee; crackers and cookies; Kraft dinner; small bottles of cooking oil.
