Our St. Marguerite d’Youville Open House/Meet the Teacher Night will be held on Thursday, September 21 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Open House/Meet the Teacher Night provides parents/guardians with the opportunity to meet their child’s classroom teacher and learn about their child’s academic school year. That evening, upon your arrival to the school, you will be greeted and welcomed by the school Principal, Mr. Spatari. You will then proceed to your child’s classroom. The room numbers of the classrooms will be posted in the front foyer. A gentle reminder that the intent of the Open House/Meet the Teacher Night is to provide a general overview of the class (i.e. curriculum, classroom expectations and procedures, parent communication details, etc.) and not an opportunity to speak directly about your child’s academic progress. This will happen more formally during interviews in November after the Progress Report.
