On Thursday, September 22, the French Immersion classes will be celebrating Franco-Ontarian Day! This celebration is held in Ontario every year as a way to celebrate the French speaking population in Ontario. Here at St. Marguerite d’Youville, we are proud to speak French and want to celebrate our country’s French culture. The French Immersion classes will be doing French activities together on this very special day. Students in these classes are encouraged to dress in green and white, the colours of the Francophone flag. Thank-you to the French Immersion teachers for organizing this wonderful opportunity for our French Immersion students!
