As a parent/guardian of a child at this school, you are eligible to self-nominate or nominate another parent/guardian of a child at this school to be a voting member of Catholic School Council. Here are some key dates and timelines:
Part A: Nomination Process

Wednesday, September 30 – Google Form Nomination Process Begins.

Tuesday, October 13 – Nomination Forms Due by 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, October 14 – Nominees will be Contacted via Telephone
Part B: Election Process

Thursday, October 15 – Nominee Bios posted on the School Website. Google Ballots will be sent out via School Messenger at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 16.

Friday, October 16 – Election Day for Parent Representative Position (Voting Member of CSC). All ballots must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m.

Monday, October 19 – Results reported, as well as dates and times for our first meeting, where our Executive Council will be elected. The meeting is tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 19 @ 7:00 p.m. via Google Meet.
